Take Me Back Tuesday

This picture is from our first family vacation to Nauvoo, Illinois, in August 2004. My dad, who lives there, gave us a little tour of a couple of places not normally seen by tourists. This was the quarry where the stones for the original Nauvoo Temple came from.
Cayla, 8, is facing the camera, Amanda, 11, and Kent are facing away.
When I was little, we lived in Keosauqua, Iowa, about 50 miles from Nauvoo. We could take trips there with people from church - Mom says they took the Primary kids on trips there. So this picture is kind of a link to my own childhood.
