NaBloPoMo prompt

I'm going with the National Blog Posting Month prompt today.

If you could stop your body from aging at any point in your life, what age would you want to stay at and why?

I would stop in my mid-20s somewhere. I'd like to have more energy, be a little more fit, and be at an age where if I had young kids, I'd be better able to take care of them. I try (somewhat) to not let my physical age determine my intellectual/emotional age - in a good way. By that I mean, there are people my age who don't appreciate current music, who get stuck at a certain point in their lives and stop accepting new things. I don't want to be one of those people.

That being said, I have never and will never understand this longstanding trend for young men to wear pants with the waistline below their butts. And if that makes me an old fuddy-duddy, so be it. I try to be young at heart, but that's going a bit too far. ;-)

I find myself resisting the urge to 'pants' Suzanna when she comes to visit. Also, if you keep up on musical trends and such, have you heard any good music lately?

Actually, I have a playlist on YouTube of songs from "Chuck."

"Here to Save the Day" and "Perfect Day" by the Constellations

"Beat the Devil's Tattoo" by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club

"A Girl A Boy and a Graveyard" by Jeremy Messersmith

"Don't Give up on us Now" by MENEW

"Blue Beard" and "On My Way Back Home" by Band of Horses

I do like other music as well, such as "All The Right Moves" and "Secrets" by OneRepublic - there are more and I should make a new playlist, but I haven't figured out what to call it. "Songs I like that aren't on Chuck" seems wrong.
