Yesterday a co-worker was singing a line from "there were 10 in the bed and the little one said, 'roll over'" and it reminded me of the songs we used to sing when we were kids. Today one of my Facebook friends posted "{sings} all around the cobbler's bench...." So this post is dedicated to the folk songs we used to sing. "Down in the valley, valley so low.
