Frustration

All I can say is that it's easy for others to offer advice when they don't know all the behind-the-scenes stuff. It's easy to point and laugh, but don't bother considering all the aspects. Was the failure because the entity can't possibly be there 24/7? Mock away - it's a safe bet that situation won't be remedied and you'll have plenty of chances to mock again.

I can't be more specific ... but there is a person who repeatedly "informs" the public about how the industry my company is part of is going belly-up. Lovely. Thanks a lot. Do you mind if we keep slogging along providing our product while you keep harping on how it's a dying industry? Oh you welcome the chance for mockery? Carry on.

It's frustrating to work every day and have people say that your work doesn't matter.
