Walk this way

I signed up for the Trinity Healthy Living 10,000 steps a day challenge. I got a pedometer, which I'll have to make a habit of wearing (not wearing it at this moment). I'll have to keep a daily log of my progress, too.

It should be interesting - to see if I can keep up with this. I've never had much luck with losing weight or living a healthy lifestyle.
